Custom-tuned lures are final sale and cannot be returned due to their specialized nature.

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

4.4 Delivery Issues

Report any delivery problems within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll work with carriers to resolve issues but cannot guarantee delivery times.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all tags attached. Original receipt required.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Reel accessories that have been installed or used
• Custom-tuned lures (special orders)
• Items showing signs of use or missing original packaging

5.3 Return Process

2. Package items securely with the provided return authorization number

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Shipping charges and international customs fees are non-refundable.
