Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your gear to your favorite fishing spot:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – Orders over $50 ship free via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary for international orders depending on customs processing.
Our Hassle-Free Return Policy
We stand behind our premium fishing gear just like you stand behind your casting technique. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations for tournament-grade performance, we’ll make it right.
Return Basics
- 15-day return window from date of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original receipt or order confirmation required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Reel Accessories that have been installed or used
- Custom-tuned lures (special orders)
- Any item showing signs of use or missing original packaging
Simple 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
Pro Angler Tip
Before returning a reel or lure for performance issues, email our tackle experts. Many “issues” are simple setup adjustments our team can walk you through – saving you time off the water.
Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:

- A return authorization number (RA#) to include with your shipment
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 3: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for processing. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.
Refund Details
Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Refund Methods
- Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Store credit (if preferred)
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- International customers: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
Exchange Options
Want to swap for a different model? We’ll happily exchange your item for:
- The same product in a different size/color (subject to availability)
- A different product of equal value (price differences will be adjusted)
Simply indicate your exchange preference when initiating your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective gear (which we work hard to prevent):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
